Check in staff was very prompt... Very customer oriented Loved the steps taken to keep guest safe during pandemic. Loved the Air purifier in the rooms . Loved the quiet doors - no slamming. The snack area is amazing but a little low on the frozen dinner items. Understandable since there are so many great restaurants but for late arrivals this would be very appreciated!

It was very clean, and they were very accommodating. We had to bring our puppy and the location of the room was perfect for bringing her out right across the street to where they have an area for dogs, with disposal bags and trash. Had we not had to bring our puppy, we would’ve enjoyed being able to walk across the street and enjoy the old town market place.

Nice quite large rooms in a hotel right in the middle of Old Town. The waterfall feature and layout of the hotel made us feel like we were on a true vacation. Just a short walk to many dining establishments, and the farmers market. The hotel even had a nice gym with machines and some free weights along with a filtered water bottle fountain.

The check-in staff - I think his name was Devon (sorry if I got that wrong) - was GREAT. After a long drive, I just wanted to get to the room and he was very efficient, professional and friendly. The location is perfect - just off the interstate, close to lots of restaurants and bars. The room was large, with a very comfortable bed.

Location was fantastic. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Room was large and it looked like some of it was recently upgraded - carpet, etc... Close parking. Really close to great restaurants, shopping, event venues, etc...
